Some dashboard changes DM the bot's owner. All changes reach the live bot immediately.
What actually sends a DM
The bot DMs its owner when the matching toggle in Settings → Notifications (Owner Notifications) is on. All three toggles are on by default.
Owner DMs sent by dashboard changes
| Change | Message | Toggle |
|---|---|---|
| Text or button command added, edited or removed | ➕ Text Command Added — with the trigger and the response | Command Changes |
| Group authorized | ✅ Allowed Group Added — with the chat title | Command Changes |
| DM authorized | ✅ DM Authorized | Command Changes |
| Admin Moderation switched | 🛡️ Moderation Updated — Ban and Mute states | Command Changes |
| Rate limit set on a user | ➕ Rate Limit Set — the username and {n} prompts/day | Rate Limits & Blocks |
| A user hits their daily cap | ⚠️ Rate limit triggered for @{username} | Rate Limits & Blocks |
| Trigger command changed | Trigger Command Updated | Command Changes |
Profile edits do not DM the owner
Changing the bot's display name, bio, description or profile picture sends no notification, even with Profile Changes on.
Live configuration
Saving a change in the dashboard applies to the live bot at once. There is no redeploy and no restart.
- Authorizing or revoking a group applies live.
- Adding or editing a custom command applies live.
- Changing a rate limit or blocking a user applies live.
- Generation is not interrupted while the update lands.
